Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A friend in the dental field recommended Prestige Dental Products, so I gave them a try for ordering handpieces. The pricing felt reasonable compared to others, and the quality was solid. I’ve been using the products for a few weeks now without any issues. The overall experience felt reliable and professional.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Don’t ever order from these clowns
I ordered XCP arms and bite blocks for a total of $550. When I received them the arms did not fit into the holes in the bite blocks??????
I requested a return, they told me to return them at my own cost even though I already paid for shipping for items that are supposed to work as a pair and they don’t fit. It has been 7 weeks and I still haven’t received my credit. Fortunately I can stop payment on my Visa so I will get funded at least part of the cost
Ridiculous
Don’t ever buy any thing from them

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Prestige Dental Products is an amazing company for getting the products we need for our dental office. I've been working in the dental field for a long time and have dealt with a lot of different suppliers. But Prestige Dental Products is the best! My sales rep, Liz, is super helpful and goes above and beyond for me. I recently started my own business, and Liz has been really great at helping me with my product orders. I feel lucky to have someone like Liz to help me as my business grows. Thank you, Prestige, for great customer service!
