• Mazic zir is a pre-sintered dental zirconia block that is made of yttria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycrystalline ceramics 
• The zirconia stabilized by yttrium oxide protects the material against cracks and increases the tensile and compressive strength 
• Mazic zir has a well-controlled enlargement factor of approximately 1.25 (25%). So, in order to get a perfect fit, you need to create a little larger framework. Information of the block is labeled on the box with exact numbers such as block type, enlargement factor and code number. After full sintering, the material densifies into a high strength dental ceramic with an average flexural strength that is in excess of 1,000 MPa as measured according to ISO 6872:2008
